Mend Ferroli Optima 38 Water Pressure

low water pressure ferroli optima 38. ?

I have F37 flashing in the window which indicates low water pressure. I realise that I need to top up the pressure to 1-1.5 bar but unsure which valve to tutn, the obvious one 2nd from right makes no difference, ay clues?

the black ones on the right hand side, both need to be open.
They will either be a wheel or lever but will be the only black ones
