Mend Potterton Performa 28 Works Fine

Potterton Performa 28 intermittent hot water ?

Hot water cuts out but CH works fine. Sower makes funny noise just before water going cold then again when the hot cuts in?????

Potterton Potterton Performa 28 Heating, Home Heating Systems Potterton Works Fine

plate heat exchanger blocked
needs removing and cleaning
if badly clogged will need replacing
even if your manually dextrous im afraid youll have to use the services of a registered gas engineer to maintain warranty on replacement boiler parts
