Dripping Water Dispenser on Whirlpool American F/Freezer?

I have a Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer with an ice and water dispenser on the freezer door
The water dispenser is dripping water constantly so I have had to shut off the water to the appliance....
Can you tell me how I can fix it

ive had the same problem , at the back of the freezer at the bottom is a valve unit, depending on your model will depend on the specific replacement part but it requires changing, with the water and power off it takes about an hour, its only a couple of screws 3 push fit pipes and 4 push on cable connectors
