Mend Glow-worm 15HXI Exchanger Water Allow

Clearing a blockage from a heat exchanger?

My 15HXI heat exchanger is restricted so much that the water will not flow fast enough to allow the boiler to run more than a few minutes. Can anyone tell if it can be cleaned out, instead of having to buy a new one? The boiler is under 5 years old.
