how do i get my horn to work on my renault scenic?

It,s either the switch or the horn.
Horn should be under the bonnet in front of engine and will have two wires going to it . Easy way to test is to get a length of wire and connect each wire direct to the battery and the horn terminals If horn sounds the problem is with the horn push
