Mend Worcester Bosch Greenstar si combi Combi Boiler Central Heating

Greenstar si combi - Hot then cold?

Hi, my worcester bosch is playing up; the c/h works just fine, but just recently the hot water from the taps runs hot and then goes to lukewarm after a few seconds of running.
Any ideas anyone?

quite often its the plate heat exchanger, the usuall remedy is replace the plate, install a scale inhibitor on the water inlet and debris removal filter on the heating side, all costly, check it isnt a temperature sensor or flow sensor first
