how can i find out what is wrong with worcesster 350 rsf combi bioler ?

as soon as i put my central heating on my boiler cuts completely i have to reset overheat switch but if i only want hot water it stays with no problembs whatsoever

Might be a problem with the ch pump.. there are two pumps in this boiler.

You have a problem with the C/H thats why it cuts out call an engineer and he will sorry he/she will fix it.Dont want to be sexist in this overly PC world we live in.
