where can i find replacement runners?

I bought very good quality wardrobes with sliding doors in uk (manufactered in Germany) many years ago. As time progressed the nylon runners with bearings disintergrated. I had managed to get replacements in the past direct from manufacturer. They have now stopped producing this type and so i am looking for any ideas to fix the door runners which need replacing again.
