flooded engine on peugeot 206cc allure 05 reg?

the term flooded engine means there is too much fuel in the cylinder chambers not the engine itself.you can just leave the engine with out turning it over for a good while or remove the spark plugs ,see if they are soaked in fuel to see if it is flooded. if you do have fuel in your engine you have a big problem .take the oil filler cap off and smell the oil,does it smell strongly of fuel.to drain an engine of oil there is usually a 17or19mm bolt on the lowest part of the oil sump,use a container as the oil rushes out.
