service tumble dryer won't get hot?

everything else works but i think the dial maybe out of sync but as it won't get hot not sure. plz plz plz help.

unscrew the element on the bottom right hand corner at the back and check the stats, one of them has a reset button on, press in, if it clicks then problem fixed.
