My 2005 ford freestar wont start?

I cant get my 2005 ford freestar to start, i put in a new dash cluster, put in a new battery and also a new computer, i even tried to have it reprogrammed. the mileage wont show up unless you unhook battery cable and hook it back up and it only stays on for a second. any suggestions?
