open vented heating system?

i have an open vented heating system, i have started to notis that when i bleed my radeaterd they suck air in not blow it out? what could this mean?

Turn the boiler off then bleed the rads, what is happing the heating is under negevite presure, so pulling air in.

check you have water in the feed and expansion tank or check for blockage in feed pipe, you are looking for a small black tank
