how long to change a clutch on a transit 80, x reg?

Depends on model and whether it is front or rear wheel drive.
Rear wheel drive is easier but you need some equipment to support the gearbox and to align the new clutch plate when fitting it.
If it's a front drive there is a lot more work involved as drive shafts have to be removed. Also if it has a hydraulic operated clutch with a slave cylinder inside the clutch housing it's wise to replace that too at the same time.

technically, an easy straight forward job on rear drive transits. bear in mind the gearbox is heavy when you are laying underneath it. get someone to help support it, when removing & re-fitting it.
