Mend MTD 5 Engine Couple Days

My rototiller won't start?

I have got a MTD 5 rototiller and it has got a rebuilt engine. It worked fine last season but I took it out A couple days ago and it won't start. I changed th eoil and the spark plug fires but it won't start. I really need help fast becuase th eplanting season is coming and i need to till my garden. Thank

sounds like a carbaretta, problem. is fuel reaching the spark plug? has the choke been jammed shut?
