Mend Vulcan 500 Eco Switch Problem

Vulcan dishlex 500 Eco switch problem?

Our Vulcan dishlex 500 Eco won't start. Lights on membrane switch are all off. When pressed (e.g. normal wash and Eco option) they light up. When 'start' is pressed the machine begins but then abruptly halts and all lights go off. I have previously had the membrane replaced by a serviceman several (10?) years ago. I also replaced the main PCB controller with a reconditioned board some years ago as well. Is the fault just the membrane again?
