Mend Vaillant turbo max242E Boiler Constantly Heating Water

how can i fix my boiler, valiant turbo max242E?

although the boiler is constantly giving central heating, the hot water is not always awailable or the water turns cold after a short time running. I think it may be the diaphragm, how do I change it if it is or what else could be causing this problem
