Ford Fiesta 1.4 diesel 03 3 door seat problem?

Hi I have a problem with putting my seats forward to allow passengers to get in the back if i pull the seat release catch with is on the top corner of the seat there is no tension i know the wire's have broken or come out as they are loose, is there anyway i can get to these in the seat so i can change them or reconnect them?
