ford fiesta 1996 3 door lx?

on the door handle theres a catch tht when the handle its pulled it opens the door, on the fiesta their vry prone to breaking, you'll need a new door handle. a breakersyard is your best bet. when the door card is off theres two philips head screws tht hold it on, and you wont need to take out the internals of the door to do this.

Hi, with the door card off the latch and outside handle are covered by Fords anti-theft cover!! there are two large phillips screws holding it in place, one on the bottom edge of the inside of the door and the other above the three screws that hold the latch, with these two screws removed and with a bit of juggling the box assembly will come out (it is also part of the window slider channel) might need to run a knife along the edge to release the sealant, then you can see the latch assy and the linkage to the outside handle and the key lock.
