Mend Glowworm 30 Cxi Boiler Heating Fault

hot water on glowworm 30 cxi isn't working?

my glowworm 30 cxi boiler is playing up. when the hot water runs it gets warm (not hot) then runs cold. it won't re heat at all. there is no fault code showing. very very confused and annoyed
