Mend Gorenje PS435 Blowing Fuse 20

My Gorenge pacific ps435 keeps blowing the fuse?

My Gorenge ps435 is 20 years old not 30 as I said elsewhere on this site. It won't go. It blows the fuse(relay) as soon as I turn it on. Any ideas?
