How to repair my ONIDA DVD Player?

Sir/Mam my DVD Player is not even taking power. I mean it is first of all not starting. And even if it is starting it is not responding. No, buttons are working. I mean if i press them even then i 'am getting no response. It is as if it is Hanged with no response.
