hotpoint aquarius error lights?

hi, machine showed number 4 light flashing (time saver)-(motor triac fault) the 2 triacs on power board now changed,alongside suspect c17 capacitor (domed head).main sump filter cleared,alongside dryer filter * air pressure switch has had manual check,ok..pipes to said switch are clear.MACHINE tested & now shows light 3 flashing(rinse hold)-(motor jammed/tacho) motor turns by hand with normal resistance).any suggestions
