This answer is probably way too late.... But I just fixed this problem myself. Maybe someone else will find this useful.
The attachment site for the cord is located between the switch housing and the back panel of the heater. So:
1. remove the fuse at the wall switch
2. remove the two screws holding the front panel of the heater
3. detach the heater from the wall, it is held by three screws that pass through the back panel
4. locate the switch which has the red and white disc
5. remove the screws at the back of the heater housing tht secure the switch
6. gently pull the switch forward
7. locate the lever at the side of the switch having a hole through which the cord can be threaded
8. thread your cord through this lever and secure with a knot
9. thread the cord through a hole on the back of the heater housing
10. reattach the switch using the screws you previously removed
11. remount the heater on the wall
12. reattach the front panel
