Diplomat ADP8322 tripping / shorting when door closed?

Hi there...

Diplomat ADP8322 is tripping the consumer board when the door is shut or opened. So with the door open program can be set. Door closed & board is tripped. Reset board & DW completes program ok. Open door, board trips...

Have changed door switch already, problem not resolved. HELP...

Any idea's?
