ProForm 740 incline?

1)stand to the side of the treadmill with the safety key removed but with the unit plugged in
2)Hold down the stop button and the speed control up button(this is the red triangle to the left of the start button)
3)while holding both of the buttons down insert the safety key and the treadmill will go into a program mode
4)Now let go of both buttons and press the stop button once
5)now press the incline up button once (this is the green triangle next to the yellow program button)
6)the unit should go into a self adjustment mode.
7)Once it stops remove your key, count to five and re-insert
