My Proform Sears Treadmill no longer inclines?

How to fix it?

The Incline no longer inclines.

Ours did the same thing, and it leaked oil out too. I cannot find where to loosen the cover to check for a broken hose or loose connection. If it's a seal, I'm just outta luck!
