Mend Pull Mower Start

pull string on my lawn mower is stuck?

my lawn mower worked last time I used it and when I try to start it this time the cord will not pull. It is stuck. Any Ideas?

clear the blades from grass. You may have to tilt the lawn mower to the side where you can not spill the gas.

The saftey bail has to be pulled to allow the starter rope to pull. Check to see it the cable going tot he engine is pulling
the engine brake lever when you pull up on the bail handle
