i started it and ran it down the driveway it tweeted and it stopped i checked the fluids and it was out of oil i added it and now i cant pull the cord what do i do?
Look. If it's a new lawnmower it cannot be out of oil already- that is, unless you haven't put any in to begin with- and if you haven't then my original answer still stands. Buy a new mower as the engine is now scrap on this one.
