iv got no heating in my transit van?

are the hoses leading to the heater matrix getting warm? they should get warm a few minutes after startup. if not the hoses could have an obstruction if not furred up. otherwise check the matrix itself for the same, assuming the cables behind the sliding control knob are ok.
