how can i programe the key fob on a peugeot 206 diezel?

stand outside car, press and hold button until red light on fob always lit. press button once. manually unlock vehicle with key. enter vehicle. turn on ignition, press button and hold down for 10 seconds. let go of button, turn of ignition. take key out. try button now.
