how can i fix my ford galaxy 2 litre ghia diesel 2006 model?

car computer is showing alarm system service required and winscreen wipers have stopped working. Do I need to go to a ford dealer to sort or will a local garage be able to sort?

Sounds like you need a new battery backed sounder (alarm horn) Best take it to a ford dealer, they should know what they are doing.
