heating on 650 umfe hobby caravan?

bought a second hand hobby 650, we cannot get the blow heating to work, we have changed the battery, also the fridge won't work on elec. gas or battery, we cannot get anyone to come and look at the van, can anyone help us please, we live in the manchester area thanks ken
