Elextrolux RM4501 Fridge Freezer?

need a bit more info before can really help
first turn thermo to max ,make sure fridge is LEVEL see 4
1-is any heating occuring @ the hot air vent or at the back ,if no heating it can not work need to find out why
2-if not try it on differant heat source 240 v /gas
3-is there any ammonia smell inside or at rear?, if yes you have a fridge system leak , needs repair
4-fridge MUST BE LEVEL,use a small round level or saucer of water in freezer compartment,side to side level is very importent.
-5-if fridge has been operated out of level it could have a system blockage ,1st step is turn it off ,level it,leave cool right down[over night] then try again.
6-If step5 does not help & all other points are ok it probably needs to come out then try tipping upside down & leave that way for a day or so ,sometimes this is necessary to remove system blockage

hi jean,these fridge freezer's work off heat & they take several hour's before you can even detect anything being cool
