Mend Baxi 80HE Combi Hot Water Heating

Baxi combi instant 80he DHW probs?

HI., Our system been working fine. CH fine but when you turn the shower on it comes out cold. If you go into another room and turn a hot tap on there it gets hot instantly. Then if you return to shower you will find that one is now running hot. Pressure valve indicating low pressure. PLease help. Driving us nuts!!!
