Indesit WA 105 - How to Manually Reset the machine?

I had a load in the machine which I have managed to get the machine to unlock, I have emptied the machine put it on a short cycle with only water/detergent to clean itself and ensure the water pump is working. Then I checked it and the dial was turning around by itself and the tub was 1/4 full of water. Is the machine just not draining or is there a reason for the machine to fault before that point?

Any assistance as soon as possibble would be very much appreciated.
