Mend AEG Competence Fan Oven Hot

Aeg Competence Cooling Fan ?

I have an AEG competence oven. The control panel can get very hot and eventually cuts out everything. When this is happening the cooling fan is not working and there is no feed to the fan. I have replaced the little thermostat to the side of the fan housing but still it cuts out. It is intermittent. When working correctly the fan comes on and stays on until cooking is fininshed and the control panel is cool to touch.. Help!!
