ceiling pendant with terminal strip block?

All the red wires go together in the middle (marked loop) one of the black wires should have a red band on it which goes to inner connector with 2 terminals.
The last connector should have 3 terminals - the last 2 black wires go there.
The light fitting connects to the 2 terminals on the outside of the rose (black with the red band is live, plain black is neutral).
