BEKO freezer door alarm ?

The door alarm is constantly beeping. Beko helpline have previously told us it was because we opened the door during a defrost cycle and if we turned it to full for 30 secs then back to normal it would stop. This has worked for the last few times it has done this but not this time Saying that, it has behaved for the last couple of months then we moved it from the conservatory into its new spot in the kitchen. Please if someone could just tell us how to stop the beeping before I take a sledge hammer to it it would be much appreciated.
