BEKO freezer door alarm ?

The door alarm is constantly beeping. Beko helpline have previously told us it was because we opened the door during a defrost cycle and if we turned it to full for 30 secs then back to normal it would stop. This has worked for the last few times it has done this but not this time Saying that, it has behaved for the last couple of months then we moved it from the conservatory into its new spot in the kitchen. Please if someone could just tell us how to stop the beeping before I take a sledge hammer to it it would be much appreciated.

ours is always beeping as well. sometimes it will behave for ages & then we'll open it, put something in or out, close it - then it will just start bleeping - sometimes for just a few moments, sometimes for hours. And then sometimes it will just start bleeping when no ones been anywhere near it.
Very very annoying. Does anyone know how to disconnect the buzzer??

No answer, but just wondering if you ever worked this out? Ours is now beeping as if the door is open, and we can't get it to stop!
