no video from zenith sm3287bt i do have sound ?

we have a zeneth sm3287bt the tv was working fine untill we had a power outage now we get sound but no picture we are using the rca plugs from the vcr not the cable wire because the cable plug on the tv does not work what part could have gone bad to cause the video to go out and how do i fix?
