Mend Panasonic SC-CH540 Power Replaced Fuse Amp

repair technics SC-CH540?

After sudden power loss, I replaced fuse in AMP and power is restored. However when I turn on, system awakes for 1 sec and then automaticaslly turns off, leaving code on screen F61. Any ideas?
