Is this tv worth having fixed?

I have a digihome hd digital tv model no 32723hd.It was moved and when we plugged it in and turned it on it looks like the screen has been shot, looks like a bullet hole but screen not broken.Does anyone know what this is? How much would it cost me to have repaired about?or would it be as expensive as buying another tv thanks.
