Only 3 year old, having problems keeping heating and hot water on. Keeps flashing orange light. Had many people look at it, but no joy. Desperate now as no heating or hot water.
Try changing the microswitch in the flowswitch. This was the problem with mine.

I know this is a bit late in the day but I had a similar problem although I was getting the Orange flash intermittantly.
Have you tried cleaning the Aquaguard filter. An explanation is given in the installation manual. You end up draining the boiler and removing the crud. Touch wood my boiler is working!

have they said that the pump,fan,circuit board are all fine, if you have power to the boiler then i would say its one of them
