is there a clear sealent i can put on my garage roof to stop a water leak ,don't want to coat with black sealent roof is brown

there is lots of clear silcone sealents" out , used for bathrooms ect" that are waterproof, that you can use , if its only for a small leak , go to a big diy store and you will get one ,
