check all leads for good connections, and also make sure that crimped lugs on earth and main starter to batt lead are good [have come across many that arn't] if not secure you could try soldering lugs on ,if you have equipment to do it. you could try with a decent jump lead,putting one lead to batt neg and other end to engine block and see if it turns faster ,if so then engine earth lead at fault. just a point is battery correct amp/hour for your vehicle and is correct grade of engine oil used-can make a difference 1st start up in mornings,
