tumble dryer blowing cold?

my tumble dryer is working but blowing cold air.....obvisouly the heater but is it fixable only had it 18 months ??

Must be a thermal cutout somewhere. Normally a red push button or similar. Or a thermal switch has failed.
Unlikely to be the element.
