The water is coming through the boiler too fast to be hot enough for a shower etc. The only way to get hotter water is to manually slow taps, shower etc to compensate for flow. Is there a diaphram, valve in the boiler that is not working properly, as this didn't use to happen in the winter? Any ideas.
