Baxi Bahama 100 wont heat rads?

2 Weeks ago the boiler which has always played up stopped ingniting. We altered the presssure switch and changed the diverter valve cost £100 no change. Now the water comes on sometimes when called but never the rads. Becoming very cold and desperate but clean most days.
