Mend Uniden NAV55E Work Works Position

How can I get my NAV55E to work?

My Nav55E has a new fault - When I type a destination in sometimes it works and directs me but then freezes and states "Your position can not be found on a digitised road" - this fault can occur at any time even on a motorway. This is not connected to the signal as the strength shows as strong.
