How can I fix my Reebok Fusion Treadmill (Rev-10301)?

I have a Reebok Treadmill Fusion. The belt from the motor to the treadmill belt pulley has moved so it is only about a quarter on. This is causing it to hit the plastic undertray and vibrate. How do I put the belt back on? The two pulleys don't look in line.
