Mend Ariston Eurocombi Boiler Heating Hot Water

domestic water temp goes from hot to cold to hot all the time?

I have an Ariston Eurocombi boiler. The domestic hot water cycles from hot to cold to hot regardless of whether the central heating is on or off. Is it the 3 way valve or is this something else?
